Before Booking

To keep sessions calm, consistent, and available for those who need them, please take a moment to review the guidelines below before scheduling.

You may be asked to sign this agreement at your first visit.
 

Scheduling & Commitment

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Because this work often involves treatment planning and ongoing care, consistency matters. Please schedule only when you feel ready to commit to the recommended plan.
 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations affect other clients waiting for care.

• First late cancellation: $50 fee
• Repeated late cancellations: full session fee

Illness and emergencies happen — these are considered with understanding and handled individually.

If you have fever, infection, vomiting, or diarrhea within 24 hours of your appointment, please reschedule.


Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full session fee will still apply.

If I am late, time will be added or the fee adjusted.


Packages & Payments

Because treatment plans reserve space in the schedule and preparation time:

All services and packages are non-refundable.

Packages may be transferred to another person with written approval (Mercier Therapy series excluded).

Packages expire one year from purchase date.
Extensions may be granted when appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances

Serious medical situations or emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with documentation.

By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
